BY MARKET

The markets these openings are in

72 of the 102 roles above sit in one of the 100 metros we recruit in. Each market goes to its own page: what the trade pays there against the federal wage data, what is driving the demand, and the searches we have already closed in that city.

Roles in towns outside those metros are still in the list above. They have no market page to link to, and we would rather leave the link off than send you to a city forty miles from the job.

RECENTLY FILLED

Seats we've closed lately

49 roles filled across 17 states since June 2026. These are already closed — they're here so you can see what actually moves through us, and how fast. If one of them looks like your job, tell us and you'll be first in line when the next one opens.

HOW APPLYING WORKS

No fee, no cold submissions, no surprises

We work for the contractor, and we are upfront about that. What it means for you is that the process is short, the feedback is real, and you are never one of forty resumes dumped into an inbox.

STEP 1

You talk to a person

A recruiter who knows the trade — not a chatbot and not a keyword screen. We find out what you actually do, what you are licensed for, and what would make a move worth it.

STEP 2

You approve every submission

Nothing with your name on it goes anywhere until you say yes to that specific company and that specific role. Your current employer is never contacted.

STEP 3

You get a straight answer

Interview, offer, or a no — you hear back either way, with the real reason. If it is not a fit, we keep you in mind for the next one instead of ghosting you.

CANDIDATE FAQ

Questions we get from tradespeople

Does it cost anything to apply through My Trade Talent?+
No. Candidates never pay us anything, at any stage. Our clients — the contractors doing the hiring — pay a flat monthly rate for the pipeline. Your application, interviews, and placement cost you nothing.
Will my current employer find out I applied?+
No. We do not share your name, resume, or contact information with any employer until you tell us to. Nothing is submitted to a client without your explicit go-ahead on that specific role.
Why do some listings not name the company?+
Most of our clients ask us to run their searches confidentially, usually because they are replacing someone who still works there or do not want competitors reading their hiring plans. You will always know exactly which company you are being submitted to before we submit you.
What kinds of roles do you actually place?+
Commercial trades roles — service technicians, foremen, superintendents, project managers, estimators, service managers, and branch leadership. We recruit across all twenty industries listed further down this page, from HVAC and mechanical through to trucking, welding and fabrication, and physical security. We work strictly commercial: we are not a residential home-services staffing firm, and we are not a general labor agency.
I do not see a job in my trade or my city. Should I still reach out?+
Yes. This page shows roles that are open right now, but the searches we are running turn over constantly, and a lot of what we fill never gets posted publicly. If your trade and market are ones we cover, it is worth being in the pipeline before the right opening lands.
How often is this page updated?+
Listings are pulled from our live recruiting system and rebuilt with the site. This page was last synced on October 12, 2026.

Hiring, not job hunting?

These are the roles we are filling for commercial contractors right now — for one flat monthly rate instead of a percentage of every salary. If you are the one trying to fill a seat, start here.

Do not see your role? Get in the pipeline anyway.

A lot of what we fill never gets posted. Tell us your trade, your license, and the market you want to work in, and we will reach out when something real opens up.

Trade Talk A monthly hiring brief for commercial trades employers

What changed in your trade this month, and what to do about it.

One email a month, and only one. We write a separate issue for every trade we recruit in, so you get yours - not a round-up with your trade buried in paragraph nine. Every issue is written for the person actually doing the hiring.

  • Where wages moved in your trade, by market, and what that does to your next offer
  • How long roles like yours are taking to fill, and where it is getting worse
  • Interview and screening tactics that are landing candidates this month
  • What contractors competing for the same people are doing differently

Built on federal wage data, our own closed searches, and what we hear on the desk every week. Written for employers, not candidates. No pitch, no filler, one click to leave.

Pick your trade. That is the one issue you get, once a month.

One email a month. Your trade and your address, nothing else - we do not sell either, and you can unsubscribe from the bottom of any issue. Read this month's issue for your trade first →
