Helping techs earn the certifications contractors ask for.

SkillCat

SkillCat is an online training platform for the skilled trades. Its courses run on a phone, so techs can learn on their own schedule, between jobs or after a shift. Courses cover HVAC, plumbing, electrical and maintenance work, and techs can earn certifications contractors look for, including EPA 608 and OSHA-10.

Why it matters for contractors: Certifications like EPA 608 are often a must-have for HVAC hires. Training that fits around a work schedule makes it easier for a new tech to get certified and stay certified, or for a current tech to grow into a bigger role.
