Install work is scheduled; service work is not. An install technician is placing and connecting new equipment on new construction or replacement, so the day is planned and the equipment type matters more than diagnostic speed: a crew that sets rooftop units all year is not automatically ready for a chiller or a VRF system, and that is what a client means when they ask for someone experienced.
